Our Leasing Experience 

At The Briscoe, we aim to provide you with a more refined rental experience. This begins with our convenient and streamlined leasing experience.

We have a range of one -, two- and three-bedroom apartment floor plans on offer, which can conveniently be viewed below. One parking space comes complementary with each apartment, as well as access to our resident amenities. 

To check out our apartment community and view an apartment in person, simply get in touch via email to make an appointment or drop into our onsite leasing office anytime during business hours. Once you've found an apartment that suits your needs, you will be able to reserve it through our on-site team and begin the rental process on the spot. Our apartments are rented at set prices on a first come, first served basis to all qualified renters.
