All apartments are leased and managed by Kinleaf's professional on-site management team, providing our residents with a more streamlined and simple rental experience.
How do I lease an apartment at The Briscoe?
At The Briscoe, we aim to provide a more refined rental experience, which begins with our convenient and streamlined leasing process.
We have a range of different apartment floor plans on offer. To view the property in person, simply email [email protected] to make an appointment.
Once you've found an apartment that's right for you, you will be able to reserve it through our on-site leasing team and start the rental process on the spot.Our apartments are rented at set prices on a first come, first served basis to all qualified renters.
